The Site
Avenue and Lawrence currently consists of a number of retail and commercial spaces as well as one 2-storey residential building. We see the future of this site to continue as a mixed-use development featuring retail, commercial, and residential uses. First Capital acquired 272 Lawrence Avenue West in early 2022, and in late 2023 has sought out to purchase 1549 Avenue Road to complete the block.
